In a statement made by TMO, it was reported that approximately 38 thousand tons of shelled hazelnuts were put up for sale as of yesterday (June 3).
In the statement, it was pointed out that the price per kilogram of the 2023 crop product sold was 130 liras and the price per kilogram of the 2022 crop was 126 liras, and it was stated that in order to prevent industrialists and exporters from being affected by bank loan costs, the possibility of purchasing with a commercial credit card was introduced.

We wanted to relieve our industrialists and exporters by using the previously untested credit card sales method in our shelled hazelnut sales.”
