The goat named ‘Kocaoğlan’, who reached 3 meters in height when he stood up in Eskişehir, became a rival to the bovine sacrifices in the market.
With the days left until the Feast of Sacrifice, the mobility started in the sacrifice market. While citizens are on their way to the market to buy their sacrifices, it is possible to find small ruminant sacrifices from 12 thousand liras to 40 thousand liras.
Especially the goat named ‘Kocaoğlan’ surprises the citizens who come to buy small ruminant sacrifices. Karaoğlan, who is almost the size of a bovine sacrifice, reaches about 3 meters when he stands up. Under normal conditions, those who see the goat, which is close to a human height, are surprised.
The goat, which has been brought from Antalya by its owner and cared for 3 years, is waiting for its buyer for 35 thousand liras. Karaoğlan, which weighs 150 kilograms live, is the favorite of the market.
Explaining that there is intense interest in his goat, Ercan Özel said, “Our own animal for 3 years. We brought it to the market to sell. Its live weight is close to 150 kilograms. It is an animal unique to Antalya. It does not grow anywhere else. Those who see it call it a calf. We want 35 thousand liras for this. There is demand, they give 30 thousand liras. When it rises, it is 3 meters,” he said.
