In Zafer Neighborhood Yadigar Street, a 7-storey building partially collapsed in the morning and no one was killed or injured in the incident. The collapse of the 7-storey building was reflected on a cell phone camera. In the footage, the 7-storey building collapses with a big noise. In the meantime, sparks come out from the electrical cables. Citizens on the street during the incident are experiencing great panic.
