Super League 2024-2025 Temporarily Suspended

The Niger Football Federation has announced the temporary suspension of the Super League 2024-2025 season following the sixth matchday of the tournament.

The tournament has been temporarily suspended, effective from Sunday, December 8, 2024. The suspension of the Super League aims to allow the Mena national team to better prepare for their double-legged CHAN 2025 Africa Nations Championship qualification matches against Togohawks, scheduled for December 22 and 27.

The Federation has stated that further announcements regarding the resumption of the Super League will be made in the coming days.

Temporary Standings After Day 6:

  • 1st: AS FAN – 16 points
  • 2nd: AS Douanes – 15 points
  • 3rd: AS NIGELEC – 14 points
  • 4th: USGN and AS GNN – 12 points
  • 6th: Olympic FC – 11 points
  • 7th: Espoir FC (Zinder) – 10 points
  • 8th: Urana FC and Liberté FC – 8 points
  • 10th: Renaissance CB and Sahel SC – 6 points

Bottom Positions:

  • Wombeye Atlantique Club de Maradi and AS Police – 4 points
  • AS UAM and JS Tahoua – 3 points
  • Jangorzo FC de Maradi – 2 points
