Headmen’s meeting was held in Üzümlü district of Erzincan under the chairmanship of Governor Hamza Aydoğdu, with the participation of Deputy Governor Mehmet Emre Canpolat, Üzümlü District Governor Mehmet Erdem Akbulut, mayors, unit chiefs and neighborhood and village headmen in Üzümlü district. Students who appeared from the window during the meeting caused smiles on faces.
Governor Aydoğdu, who listened to the requests, complaints and suggestions of the mukhtars at the meeting and gave the necessary instructions to the unit chiefs present, said, “We will continue to work for our citizens to live a more prosperous life in order for our province to reach better points together.”
During the meeting, uninvited guests appeared from the window. Noticing 3 primary school students watching the meeting through the window, Governor Hamza Aydoğdu turned the conversation in that direction. The behavior of the students who came to watch the meeting organized by Governor Aydoğdu from behind the window by escaping from Physical Education class was heartwarming.
The dialog between Governor Aydoğdu and the mischievous student was as follows:

- Student: I am fine.
- Governor Aydoğdu: What’s going on? What do you think people are doing here? Who are they? Aren’t you curious about who they are?

- Student: We have a physical education class
- Governor Aydoğdu: You ran away from Physical Education class and came here. Good for you. Good luck.
While the dialog between Governor Hamza Aydoğdu and the student created a smile on the faces of the participants in the hall, the student and his 2 friends waved and went back to school.
