Announcing its AI-specific data storage solutions, Huawei said it sees Turkey as promising for further investment.
Peter Zhou, President of China-based Huawei’s Data Storage Product Group, said at the annual Innovative Data Infrastructure Forum held in Berlin that Huawei, the world’s leading information and communication technology solution provider, continues its activities in Turkey in 5 locations.
Reminding that there is Huawei’s R&D Center in Turkey, Zhou stated that studies on software and technology are carried out here, mostly by Turkish engineers.
Zhou said, “Our employees in Turkey do not only invent technology for Huawei, but also serve local partners and companies. I see that there is investment in Turkey not only to be a business partner but also to cooperate with the academia and research institutes in the country. Turkey is very promising for further investment from Huawei.”
