Organized crime syndicate led by ‘Golden Rings’ was crushed

Minister of Interior Ali Yerlikaya reported that an organized crime syndicate led by Mustafa Altınyüzük and Ramazan Altınyüzük had been broken up in Adana-based “Well-1” operations and 51 suspects were arrested.

Minister of Interior Ali Yerlikaya reported that an organized crime syndicate led by Mustafa Altınyüzük and Ramazan Altınyüzük had been broken up in Adana-based “Well-1” operations and 51 suspects were arrested.

Minister of Interior Ali Yerlikaya, in a statement on his social media account, stated that an organized crime organization led by Mustafa and Ramazan Altınyüzük was broken up in the “Well-1” operations in Adana and Muğla.

Stating that 51 suspects, including the ringleaders, were captured in the operations, Yerlikaya said, “I want our beloved nation to know that those who are arrogant in crime, those who disturb the peace of our people, organized crime organizations and gangs will fall into the wells they dig. We are determined to crush organized crime organizations, no matter what size they are, and bring them to justice.”

Stating that it was determined that suspects who are members of organized crime organizations committed the crimes of “establishing an organization for the purpose of committing crimes, threat, qualified looting, intimidation, taking money, shooting, attempted intentional murder and illegal arms trade”, Yerlikaya shared the information that “5 unlicensed pistols, 17 unlicensed shotguns and many digital materials were seized as a result of the operations.”
