Norway to recognize Palestinian statehood

Norway will recognize a Palestinian state, Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Stoere said.

“We need to pursue the only alternative that provides a political solution for both Israelis and Palestinians – two states living side by side in peace and security,” Stoere said.
