The Minister of Education, Dr. Elisabeth Shérif, visited Talladjé 3 Primary School to congratulate the institution on its achievements during the 2023-2024 academic year.
This visit was made to highlight the government’s support for education and to express appreciation for the school.
The Minister, accompanied by officials from the Ministry of Education, was welcomed by the school’s principal and the inspector of the 13th region of Niamey. The visit began with a ceremony where students sang the national anthem, recited poems, and performed songs. Following speeches by the principal and inspector, Dr. Elisabeth Shérif thanked the teachers and students for their efforts, emphasizing that the selection of this school was not accidental.
Dr. Shérif said, “You have chosen one of the noblest professions. I thank you for your patient and dedicated work, your efforts to bring out the best in your students, and your excellent results in the CFEPD exams.” She emphasized the need to recognize those contributing to education in Niger.
Founded in 1989 and with 14 classrooms, Talladjé 3 Primary School hosts 641 students under the guidance of 24 teachers.
