Hot developments are taking place in the police – judiciary phase of the investigation against Ayhan Bora Kaplan. While the investigation against 3 police chiefs has been expanded, conversations reflecting a plot against AK Party members, MHP members and members of the judiciary have been revealed.

The financial side of the matter is also very active… “It is clear that a new conspiracy is being put into action,” said Dilek Güngör, a columnist for SABAH Newspaper, drawing attention to Ayhan Bora Kaplan’s companies to which trustees have been appointed. Güngör said, “His account transactions are being searched thoroughly by MASAK. Information will be revealed before the first hearing of the case, whose indictment has been accepted, on November 4.”

In the aftermath of the Ayhan Bora Kaplan investigation, a group in the security services tried to set up a dirty conspiracy in Turkish politics reminiscent of the December 17/25 FETÖ plot.

“If we bow down, let our necks fall”

Dark hands took action. Conversations reflecting preparations to frame ministers, AK Party figures, MHP figures and members of the judiciary have been exposed.

As part of the investigation into the Ayhan Bora Kaplan criminal organization, the Ankara 2nd Criminal Judge of Peace appointed the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) as trustee to 43 companies in October last year. It was reported that during the investigations carried out in these companies, it was found that the addresses of most of them were empty. While it was learned that there were many entertainment venues in Ankara owned by Bora Kaplan, it was noted that the management of these companies was also transferred to the SDIF.

“Who Will Be Responsible for Drug Trafficking”

Sabah writer Dilek Güngör, on the other hand, rebelled against the state running entertainment venues.

Dilek Güngör said, “Imagine that the state now regulates the artists who appear in these venues, the alcohol drunk and the nuts eaten. Who will be responsible if there is drug traffic inside tomorrow!”

In his article titled ‘Does the state run a nightclub?

“As you know, Bora Kaplan owns many entertainment venues in Ankara. In fact, he has 10 companies operating in the catering, organization and entertainment sector. 6 of them are active… Interestingly, within the scope of this investigation, Haaz, Öküz, Three, Tezgah, Albüm and Trend were also transferred to the SDIF. As you can see, there are armed clashes in front of these entertainment venues almost every day.

Does the state run a nightclub, it does!

Imagine that the state now arranges the artists, the drinks and the nuts eaten in these venues. The SDIF is not at fault here. The judiciary has decided so…

But it’s not true…

Who will be responsible if there is a drug traffic inside tomorrow? What would have happened if no trustees had been appointed to these places?

They would have closed down on their own…

You see, there is a strange situation like what is going on in the police department right now.”

It was announced that Ayhan Bora Kaplan was arrested at Ankara Esenboğa Airport as he was about to flee abroad as part of an operation conducted by the Ankara Security Directorate’s Anti-Organized Crime Branch. Investigations following his detention revealed that Kaplan was facing various charges related to his criminal organization.

It is alleged that the criminal organization led by Kaplan was involved in crimes such as establishing an organization to commit crimes, intentional injury, and deprivation of liberty. A serious investigation has been launched against Kaplan in relation to these accusations.

Furthermore, in October last year, the Ankara 2nd Criminal Judge of Peace appointed the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) as trustee for 43 companies in Ankara after several entertainment venues run by Ayhan Bora Kaplan in Ankara were linked to criminal organization activities. A detailed investigation was also launched into the businesses of these companies.

With the arrest of Ayhan Bora Kaplan, the underworld and the political scene in Ankara continue to be in turmoil as allegations of a political conspiracy have come to the fore.
