Longing for its glory days in the Premier League, Manchester United faces uncertainty over the future of forward Marcus Rashford.
Manchester United is reportedly evaluating alternatives, with Nigerian star Victor Osimhen emerging as the most talked-about name.
Marcus Rashford, a product of Manchester United’s youth academy since 2005, has recently faced criticism for underwhelming performances, sparking rumors of his potential departure from the club.
Another option mentioned alongside Osimhen is Sporting CP striker Viktor Gyökeres. However, with the player under contract until 2028, this transfer appears unlikely.
Currently on loan at Galatasaray, Osimhen is not expected to return to Napoli either. The forward thrives in the 3-4-3 system frequently utilized by Manchester United manager Amorim.
Reports also suggest that Manchester United is actively seeking a backup striker to bolster its attacking lineup.
