Four international agreements approved by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan were published in the Official Gazette.

Signed on April 8, 2021, the decision on the ratification of the “Cultural Cooperation Agreement between the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Turkey and the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Albania” was published in the Official Gazette.

The agreement aims to strengthen existing cultural relations and further develop joint cooperation on the basis of equality and mutual respect.

The Official Gazette also published the decision on the ratification of the “Agreement on Cooperation in the Field of Tourism between the Government of the Republic of Turkey and the Government of the Republic of Rwanda” signed in Ankara on June 24, 2019.

Accordingly, it is aimed to increase, develop and promote cooperation in the field of tourism within the borders of their jurisdiction, adhering to the principles of equality and mutual benefit of the parties.

The decision on the ratification of the “Protocol Amending the Title of the European Agreement Concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR) of 30 September 1957”, which was adopted on 13 May 2019 and approved by Law No. 7485, was also published in the Official Gazette.

Accordingly, the title was changed to “Agreement Concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road”.

The Official Gazette also published the decision on the agreements on cooperation in the field of health signed between the Government of the Republic of Turkey and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan in Ankara on September 15-28 and December 14, 2022.

According to the agreement, Turkey will donate 45 items of health equipment needed by the Pakistani side.
