In Bağlar district of Diyarbakır, a house with 5 people including 3 children of Syrian nationality was set on fire by suspects who broke the window and threw a flammable substance inside. No one was injured in the fire that was extinguished with the intervention of fire brigade teams, while the police launched an operation to catch 2 suspects who are relatives of Syrian nationals.

The incident occurred around 22.00 on the ground floor of a 2-storey house located in Bağlar district Kaynartepe Neighborhood 232nd Street. The window of the house, where 5 people including 3 children and 2 women of Syrian nationality were staying, was broken by 2 suspects and a flammable substance was thrown inside. While the house caught fire, the suspects fled. While the women in the house took the children out, the flames spread in a short time. Health, fire brigade, neighborhood watchmen and police teams were dispatched to the address following the notification. The fire was brought under control and extinguished with the intervention of fire brigades. While the house was damaged, the police started to work to catch the 2 suspects, who were reported to be Syrian nationals and relatives of the people in the house.
