The number of people who lost their lives in Israel’s attacks on the Gaza Strip since October 7 has risen to 37,626.
Israel has been continuing its intense attacks against civilians in the Gaza Strip for 262 days. The Israeli army, which hit many points in the region, including settlements, places of worship, offices of international aid organizations, massacres Palestinians in front of the eyes of the whole world. In a statement made by the Palestinian Ministry of Health, it was stated that 28 Palestinians lost their lives and 66 Palestinians were injured due to the attacks carried out in the last 24 hours.
In the statement, which also included the balance sheet of the attacks launched by Israel on October 7, it was noted that the number of Palestinians who lost their lives increased to 37,626 and the number of wounded increased to 86,98.
Gaza Emergency Service Director Jaafarawi killed
Hani al Jaafarawi, Director of Ambulance and Emergency Services, was killed in an Israeli attack on the Daraj Clinic in Gaza City. Eyad Zaqout, Director of the Emergency Department at Al Aqsa Martyrs Hospital, said in a statement: “It is clear that Israeli forces are once again trying to completely destroy the health and medical system in Gaza. Mr. Jaafarawi was one of the pillars of Gaza’s health system. He worked hard to serve the sick and injured. He worked day and night to serve those living in very difficult conditions in Gaza.”
The Palestinian Health Ministry reported that with Jaafarawi’s death, the number of health workers killed in Israeli attacks since October 7 has reached 500. In the ministry statement, it was stated that 300 health workers were arrested by Israeli soldiers.
