The Addis Ababa City Administration in Ethiopia is accelerating its smart city initiatives aimed at expanding technology and infrastructure.
The city administration is collaborating with Ethio Telecom to provide high-speed network services, aiming to enhance efficiency in digital services.
This transformation will be implemented across 58 institutions in 11 sub-cities and 120 districts, with a total investment of 280 million Birr. The “City Network” technology will modernize the city’s service delivery capabilities, enable digitalization, and support the efficient sharing of data and resources.
