President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan made a phone call with the Turkish national football team after the match in which the national football team defeated Czech Republic 2-1 and came second in the group.
A National Football Team defeated Czech Republic 2-1 in the third match of EURO 2024 Group F and came second in the group. After the match, President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan spoke to the national football players and National Football Team Technical Director Vincenzo Montella by phone.
President Erdoğan congratulated the team and wished them success for the Austria match. Minister of Youth and Sports Osman Aşkın Bak and President of the Turkish Football Federation (TFF) Mehmet Büyükekşi also joined the call with the players.
