President Recep Tayyip Erdogan announced, the calendar for the holiday bonus of pensioners has become clear.
16 million retirees will benefit from the holiday bonuses. The bonuses to be paid to Pension Fund, Bağ-Kur and SSK retirees will be made according to the salary schedule.
Emin Yılmaz, SSI Expert Emin Yılmaz, regarding the payment calendar, said, “Those within the scope of 4C (Retirement Fund) will be paid on the 10th of the month, those within the scope of 4B (Bağ-Kur) on the 11th of the month, and those within the scope of 4A (SSK) on June 12, 13 and 14, in total, until the 10th and 14th of the month before the feast.”
In the Ramadan Feast, 3 thousand lira bonus payments were made to retirees.
The Eid bonus was first started to be paid twice a year in 2018 as one thousand liras each. In 2021, the bonus increased to one thousand 100 liras and in 2023 to 2 thousand liras. For this year, it was 3 thousand liras with a 50 percent increase.
