A baby diaper factory in an industrial site in Samsun catches fire in a fire.
The fire occurred at around 06.00 in the morning at the Pedo baby diaper factory located in Samsun’s Tekkeköy district Şabanoğlu Neighborhood Central Organized Industrial Zone (OSB). According to the information obtained, a fire broke out in the diaper factory working in 24-hour shifts. Workers noticed the fire and notified 112 Emergency Call Center. Fire brigade, police, AFAD and ambulance were dispatched to the scene of the fire. Police took extensive security measures in the neighborhood. While the flames completely engulfed the factory, the fire brigade was supported by police TOMA and water tankers.
The fire extinguishing work continues.
