The IETT bus, whose driver allegedly fell asleep at the wheel while going uphill in Kağıthane, hit 4 parked vehicles. While the moments of terror were reflected on the cameras, no one was killed or injured in the accident where the vehicles became unusable.

The accident occurred yesterday around 06:20 in Kağıthane Central Neighborhood. Allegedly, Nizamettin E., the driver of the IETT bus with line number 50C, which runs Eyüpsultan Alibeyköy-Şişli service in the morning, fell asleep at the wheel while going uphill. The bus, which went out of control, was able to stop by hitting the vehicles parked on the side of the road. While 4 vehicles were damaged in the accident, no one was killed or injured. The moment of the accident was reflected on the security camera.

After the accident, police teams were dispatched to the scene upon notification. Police teams arrived at the scene in a short time and took the driver Nizamettin E. to the police station to take his statement. While the police investigated the scene and kept a police report, the bus and vehicles were taken away from the scene. Police started a study on the incident.
